Ever wondered why you can’t stop quitting, self-sabotaging, and breaking promises to yourself?

Hi, I’m Alicia Castaneda.

For more than a decade, I’ve been committed to learning about the psychology and neuroscience behind effective, lasting personal development, and practicing growth every day so that I can achieve any goal I set for myself.

Best of all, what I’ve learned is teachable and replicable. I’m sharing the best tools and most important lessons for developing your mindset, in order to:

  • Stop worrying about life sideswiping you off track for months at a time anymore
  • Wake up with a renewed sense of purpose
  • Save your relationship by being able to have tough conversations with your partner
  • Stop procrastinating
  • Step into a leadership position at work with confidence
  • Drop your mental and emotional baggage with food (and the extra pounds to along with it)
  • Finally stick to a consistent workout program
  • Attract new clients and customers into your business by shedding your desperation and showing off your authentic self
  • Start your side hustle or gain new skills

Hear about the power of your mindset from the Ritual Coaching community:

"You have helped me to develop a more positive mindset and outlook on so many things. I have never felt better about myself."

"The first half of 2019 has been one of the biggest periods of personal growth in my adult life, and Alicia was a significant contributor to this.”

Tara F

“I feel like I’m on turbo with my physical body — keeping up with my desires in this area to be vibrant, healthy, sexy, strong, lean. And it continues, and it permeates other areas of my life. Mindset is so key. Dare I say, it’s everything.”

If you only focus on habits while disregarding your mindset, you’re missing half the picture.

I’ve read a lot of great books on habits…and they’re helpful, but they’re all missing out on a crucial component of lasting behavior change: your mindset.

But what is mindset anyway?

Mindset is the way that you think about yourself, other people, and the world.

Your actions are driven by numerous beliefs you hold about yourself, others, and the world, affecting what you do and how you interact with people.

That’s why if you’re working to change your behavior and you’re only taking into account your actions but not your thoughts, you’re missing a full half of the picture.

When you read a book or article about habits, they’ll teach you that when habits are formed there is a trigger incentivizing you to take action in order to receive a reward.

But humans are more complex than a bunch of salivating dogs

Don’t get me wrong, I agree that your environmental triggers are extremely powerful, and that humans work for rewards—but it’s foolish not to take into account your thoughts about your environments, actions, and rewards.

I can teach my dog to drool when I ring a bell, but I can’t coach her to stop craving food using the power of her mindset.

You, on the other hand, have an extreme advantage by having this beautifully intricate brain, and when you learn how to use it to your benefit, you will feel unstoppable.
